Turkish Petroleum Overseas Ltd. Company (TPOC)

TPOC has 19% share in Shah Deniz Project and 10% in Alov Project in Azerbaijan from Caspian Sea. In Libya, it is operator with the whole share in 147/3-4 Blocks. It continues its oil production and operating activities as planned in Russia with 49% share in Baytugan Field. In the context of Exploration and Production Sharing Agreement signed with Afghanistan Mine and Oil Ministry and the consortium of Dragon Oil, Ghazanfar Investment Ltd. and TP Afghanistan Ltd. on 8 September 2013, it continues its activities in Mazar-I Shariff (operator) and Sanduqli Fields with 40% share. Via the Iraq companies founded, it continues its activities in Badra Field with 10% share, Missan field with 11.25% share, Siba Field with 40% share and Mansuriya Field with 50% share (operator). It has branch office in Tripoli-Libya and Baghdad-Iraq and agencies in Nicosia-TRNC and Baku-Azerbaijan.

Turkish Petroleum BTC Ltd. Company (TPBTC)

Field Purchase and Construction Phase started on 10 September 2002, physical construction started on 15 April 2003 and completed in all countries (Azerbaijan-Georgia-Turkey).  Operation phase started on 29 July 2009.

The oil reached to Ceyhan Terminal on 28 May 2006, the first Azeri oil import started on 4 June 2006 with oil tankers.

It has 1.2 billion b/d capacity. ACG Fields oil, Shah Deniz condensate, TengizChevroil, Turkmenistan oil and third part oil were being transported in 2014.

In 2014, 259 million barrels of oil with 361 tanker was transported to the world markets from Ceyhan.

Turkish Petroleum SCP Ltd. Company (TPSCP)

South Caucasus Natural Gas Pipeline Projects agreements were signed on 27 February 2003. The construction decision was made with Shah Deniz Phase-1 Development Project and South Caucasus Pipeline Company was founded in order to realize construction and operation activities of the pipeline.

SCP started in October 2004, physical construction activities completed and pipeline was ready to operate on 26 November 2006. In the context of current gas trade, in parallel to the production activities in Shah Deniz, gas transportation initiated on 7 March 2007.

Shah Deniz Basic Engineering phase initiated in 2010 and Detailed Engineering phase commenced in 2012. On 17 December 2013, with the final investment decision, implementation phase started. First gas production from Phase-2 is planned to be realized in December 2018. It is planned that 6 billion m3 gas will be be sold to BOTAŞ and 10 billion m3 gas will be sold to Europe (with TANAP and TAP lines) which is going to be produced in Phase-2. For additional gas transportation, current SCP line is foreseen to be expanded.
